Mobile filters - PHV
The PHV is a portable extractor. It extracts welding fumes and grinding dust near the source. The PHV can be used everywhere, even in locations that are not or hardly accessible to ordinary extraction arms or mobile units. The unit can be mounted on the wall or used as a mobile unit, on wheels.
Mobile filters - MFD
The MFD is a mobile extractor. It extracts dry welding fumes and grinding dust near the source. This mobile unit contains a mechanical DuraFilter system and can be equipped with either a plastic extraction arm, type Flex and UltraFlex or flexible hose. Mobile units are ideal for welding activities on the spot.
The system is equipped as standard with a filter indicator, that shows whether the extraction is still satisfactory or whether the filter needs to be replaced.
Ultraflexible extraction arm
The UltraFlex offers essential ease of operation during welding operations whereby the position of the extraction arm has to be frequently adjusted.
The BalanceWheel system keeps maintenance to a minimum and immediately converts each manual adjustment to the arm into a stable extraction position. The UltraFlex is available in arm length from 3 up to 4 m and have an extraction capacity of 600 - 1600 m3/h. The UltraFlex is suitable for both mobile and stationary welding fume extraction systems.
Downdraft and backdraft work bench with integrated filter
The integrated spark arrester prevents sparks from reaching the filter cartridges. The spark arrester is placed underneath the working surface of the downdraft table to ensure a safe workplace.
Maintenance can be carried out from the front of the downdraft table. This makes it easy to replace filters and to empty the dustbin. Filtration takes place through two oval filter cartridges with a total filter surface of 52 m2. The filter cartridges cover a large filter surface, resulting in a long filter lifespan. This means even less maintenance and reduces all-over operational costs.
